The General Manager is the Chief Executive Officer of the Federation. Under the approved Cadre the number of Permanent, Casual, Daily Wages, Contract personnel employed under him in all divisions is 118. Depending on the nature of the business activities of the Federation the business activities are mainly divided and carried out under the Divisions given follows. Each Division functions under a Divisional Head who is appointed to be in charge. Accordingly, each Divisional Head has to strive to obtain efficient and productivity services from the workforce employed under him and reach Targets.
